Annotation:
The article is devoted to the evolution of organizational business development management systems from the division of labor according to A. Smith to flexible models of modernity. The purpose of the research is to analyze the natural development of management science, identify conditions and requirements, limits of applicability and prospects for organizational business development. The history of the development of management science is classified into 4 stages, each of which expresses an improved approach to managing organizational development in the face of renewed challenges in the market. The study makes up for the lack of reviews of the evolution of management systems at different historical stages, taking into account the economic challenges of organizational development. The work allowed us to identify the dominant models in the management of the organization: hard, soft and combined. The results obtained show the continuity of organizational development management methodologies, focusing on the evolutionary transition to flexible management systems and their relevance in modern conditions.
Keywords: management system, flexible management system, organizational development, spiral dynamics, clientocracy, stages of development of management science.

Ai-sewa: a framework for enhancing workforce development, ethical governance, and sustainability in the energy sector

Researcher ID: JFK-5132–2023; ORCID: 0009-0004-4319-0243

Annotation:
Integrating artificial intelligence (AI) in the energy sector holds significant potential to profoundly change the nature of operations, optimise resource management, and support global sustainability objectives. However, widespread adoption faces challenges, among these varying technological readiness levels, workforce skill gaps, and the need for ethical governance. This study explores these issues by analysing AI implementation across three leading energy companies – EDF, Lukoil, and Gazprom. Each company presents unique strategies and obstacles in their journey to embrace AI-driven innovations, offering valuable insights into the industry’s broader landscape.
Building on these findings, the research introduces the AI-SEWA framework, a comprehensive model designed to address key barriers to AI adoption. The framework emphasises three interconnected areas: AI Capability Assessment, Workforce Development and Reskilling, and Ethical and Sustainability Integration. These components provide a structured roadmap for organisations aiming to harness AI’s potential while maintaining a strong focus on ethical and environmental alignment. This research contributes to the evolving conversation around AI’s transformative impact on the energy sector workforce by offering practical recommendations.

Methodology for diagnosing an organization’s management system based on a modified idef approach

Annotation:
The article presents a modified approach to diagnosing an organization’s management system based on the IDEF methodology. In the context of digital transformation and external instability, traditional methods of analyzing management systems often prove ineffective due to methodological limitations, communication gaps, and misalignment between tasks and departmental capabilities. The proposed approach adapts the IDEF standard by shifting the focus from processes to management entities (departments, roles) and integrating four key subsystems: goals, functions, organizational structure, and information flows. The modified model enables a comprehensive analysis of the management system, identifying systemic issues (e. g., function duplication, tool-
goal misalignment) and defining clear requirements for digital transformation. Key advantages of the method include goal orientation, subsystem integration, diagnostic capabilities, and adaptability in a VUCA world.
Keywords: management system, diagnostics, IDEF, modified approach, organizational structure, information flows, decision-making, digital transformation, VUCA world.
